Follow these steps to Register for CHSEL

In order to participate in Christian Home School Enrichment Labs, you first need to be a member of Lighthouse Home School Support, the parent organization of CHSEL. 

There are a multitude of member benefits that come with a Lighthouse Membership; including community discounts, access to Athletics, and more that you can learn about HERE. Follow the steps below to become a Lighthouse Member.

1. Click this link.  At the top right of the page select "JOIN" from the top bar menu.
2. Fill out the form to create a Lighthouse Membership and Check the $40 membership fee at the bottom. Save your Username and Password.
3. Once your Lighthouse account is created, login.
4. Once you are logged in, click "Balance" from the menu bar at the top right of the page. Pay your $40 membership fee. You are now eligible to join CHSEL! YAY!

Almost done! Follow the steps below to register for CHSEL. CHSEL registration costs $60 per year, billed semi-annually.  $30 is invoiced in the fall and $30 is invoiced in the spring.

1. Click this link. Again, in the top right menu bar click on "JOIN". Fill out the form and create a CHSEL account.  Save your Username and Password. NOTE: At a minimum fill out the age and grade level for each of your students, this will impact your ability to sign them up for appropriate grade level labs.  The photo is optional (but it helps us to learn new faces!) and the username and password for each individual student isn't required or recommended until middleschool- highschool.
2. Wait for 24-48 hours until you receive an approval E-mail.
3. Once your registration is approved for CHSEL you will be allowed access to the private portion of the CHSEL website where you can sign up for individual labs, and private events and view the student/parent dashboard. 
4. Go to www.chsel.org and select "Login".  Input your CHSEL Username and Password. On the homepage select "Register for Labs" from the menu column on the left side of the homepage. 
5. You are now looking at what we call the "Class Matrix".  All of our class offerings for the year are listed by time and grade.
6. When you click on a lab, the cell will expand to show you the lab description, the instructor, the max number of students allowed, the curriculum offered, monthly fee and supply fee.
7. On the right side of this expanded view you will see which of your students are eligible to enroll in the lab. Review the offerings carefully before making a selection, as the system will prevent you from registering a student for more than one lab at the same class hour or labs that are not assigned to their grade level/age
